Asalam o Alaikum,
We are pleased to announce of a new system installed on UrduWorld to provide you better support to use the forum.
You can access this new system by clicking on Helpdesk menu option on top menu bar.
This new helpdesk system have four main sections.
1. iSupport section: is the section where you will able to create new support request. When creating new support request you will able to select respective area of support and once a support ticket is created concern support staff will be notified and they will provide you necessary support as quickly as possible.
2. Troubleshooter section: This section will contain different articles to trobleshoot most commonly faced problems by the users. This section will grow with time and more and more troubleshooting articles will be added with passing time.
3. FAQs section: will contain most frequently asked questions, so help you guys to find answers to your questions more quickly.
4. Knowledgebase section: will contain knowledge base articles to help you understand urduworld and its feature.
This feature is recently installed and in beta testing for next few weeks, we are aiming to move our current support to this system by November 1st.
You are encouraged to use this new support system to help us make it bug free (if any).
