Changes In Urdu World Administration

Asslam O Alaikum,

In past few days Urdu World Administration is been through some changes below are the major explained ones.

Aisha Baig:-
We all know the amount of work she did on Poetry sections of Urdu World she is now been requested to work on the front end of Urdu World along with PA ji (Abdul Basit) & Saghir bhai she would work for next 2 months or may be more if required.

Shoaib:-
Shoaib was working as a Technical Administrator did an excellent job but removed from Administration due to Ethical Performance / reasons and today on wards Is Banned since he was using different administration members passwords in order to access the Urdu World Administration forums where he was suppose not to be in order to achieve GOD knows which result.

Smiling Star & Azharm:-
Both of them are suspended for 3 days since it was there passwords that Shoaib used to access the Administration forums. I had requested Queen Victoria & Creative Sign to investigate with both of them the real cause as given the benefit of doubt that I may face I dont want to take any strict action against them.

Mr. Bean (Faisal):-
Faisal was working as Team Leader in the Administration from a long time and was going great but got removed due to his Ethical Performance / reasons.

Rrahi:-
Rafiullah Khan was working as Team Leader in Administration he is on leave for 3 months time period and we assume / wish he would be back with us by January 2011

Ward Bazmi :-
He is known as Urdu Poet around Urdu World he was judging few of the events in Poetry sections. He would not Judge any other event due to few complaints we received in the past one or two competitions though he shall always remain a good asset in Urdu World Poetry.


Kaanch ki Mehroo:-
Mehroo was in the Administration team since the early days of Urdu World. She has performed different duties and has contributed as an exceptional Poet as well. She was busy completing her MBA and now since she is done with it she is back as Poet & Poetry sections administrator and would inject her MBA learning experience as well in the flashy poetry mixture she has.

Saleepless (Fahad):-
Has already worked as an Administrator at Urdu World ( Hallagulla) and now is back again after a long time in the capacity of the Administrator for Mehfil sections i.e. gupshup forums.

Wasim:-
We all know him with the ID of friends4u he was working as a Site Administrator (Front End) along with Pa ji & Saghir bhai is now going to work as a Forum Administrator for Pakistan Sections.

Ankaboot:-
Busy with his work and personal life he wont be able to give much time to Urdu World so hell remain a sleeping Administrator of Urdu World once he is back he shall be resuming his duties as Super Administrator along with Creative Sign (Waseem).

Eqan:-
Same as above she is still a sleeping administrator and once back she would resume her responsibilities.

Manahil:-
Like Eqan & Ankaboot she is also busy in dealing with her issues but currently working as a CR administrator along with Saghir Bhai and would continue doing that.

Saghir:-
He is the Site Administrator and working with PA ji & Aisha baig in addition to his responsibilities he is working as a CR admin as well along with Manahil.



NEW FEATUERS
Apart from all these changes there are few new features for you all to utilize as we are continuously working in supporting this lovely community.

Urduworld Community:
Urdu World home page has now UrduWorld Community in the community we have many new features like Social Groups, Social Videos, Social Photo Images, Chat, Personal Pages, and a lot many more

Events/Calander:
Now you can manage your events / calendar at Urdu World you can restrict your calendar viewing (Public or personal) and manage your day to day activities the way you want to access that please visit http://urduworld.com/calander/

UrduWorld Videos:
A new module is added where you can add and view several videos.
Community Polls: We have now installed a very powerful feature of Polls on Urduworld. You can now create polls under different categories, as well as you can post it on any website you like using Embed Code of the polls.

Muslim Names:
We added another beautiful feature of Muslim Names, we already have over 400 names adding and we are hoping to have at least 5,000 to 10,000names added on Urdu World in coming weeks and months.

Quotes/Proverbs:
We start adding some great Quotes and Proverbs from all around the world including muslim world as well as famous sayings from the western world.

Answers:
Yes just like Yahoo Answers now you can ask specific questions about Islam, Pakistan, Urdu or any other area of interest on UrduWorld. This is one of most exciting features and we are working on its development, so keep your questions and answers coming.

Greeting Cards:
Yes one of the most powerful and feature rich your own Urdu Worlds Greeting cards system is installed and now working. To see all the greeting cards, and start sending to your loved ones, visit Urdu World brand new greeting cards system.

How unfortunate and how sad that you have suspended me and Smiling both for nothing, if some of your team members has done something wrong, this means that your administration failed to protect on line community and members of UW, what it has to or what it had to do with me or Smiling?
Just to clarify once again that I never was willing to MOD English poetry section but due to special request by Aisha Beg i did it, I have and had no intentions of what so ever nature to harm or to let any one else harm UW, I have myself asked Shoib whether he used my ID and his reply was NO he did not. I do not know what is true or false, but I know one thing and that is that You Mr. Awais has done something which in no way can be justified and that is to suspend me and Smiling. Do you have any reasons? If yes come up with them, If No what will you say to justify it?
I know as an owner you can do what you want but make sure it is not in the interest of UW.

You and Shoaib both are faking the situation up & lied.

SS,s ID is restored and yours wont be since you are still holding that you havent given your password and its not possible at all that one can login into any ID provided not having the password information.

We are protecting the community and this is the example and we would protect the community from your kind as well.

Now see the below screen shots and SS agreed that she had given her password to Shoaib for fixing an issue but he misused it and you still denying will have the same TAG as you are holding now,

And if you are not interested then its ok go a head we also dont need any administration member with such attitude.

Lastly next time if i see you passing such comments on forum to any of the administration member i shall seek a panel should then decide your case.

Its so sad that such experienced UW members are doing such shameful activities that are directly harming UW..
I think that success of such social community is based on secure personal information of members of that community..
But we are now feeling insecure in this community as some admins are using member's passwords and checking their personal and private data in this website..
UW should take strong actions against these black sheep so that this community can grow and glow as well..
I spent 2 years in this community but this kind of ethical misbehavior was never done before by anyone..I think admins should not be selected on anyone's request but they should be elected instead..May God bless UW and its members..ameen..

First of all allow me to apologize on behalf of whole of UrduWorld administration. As human we can not see inside any individual administrative member. Shoaib was part of Urduworld Administration for past several years, and as a worker he did good job, as technical administrator he had additional access rights which is available only to myself and shoaib at that time, however he misuse his authority which come to our notice when Awais did his investigation. And we did not compromised for a moment and this announcement clearly stat that

I myself was shocked that the person whom we trusted to this level and given him such level of access which is not evena available to super administrator he misused this authority. So to rectify this we taken extreme actions by removing him from administration of urduworld.

We are running this community since 2003 that is well over seven years, and unlike any other community we keep a direct and honest communication with our community, and this thread is an example of that, where we did expressed our regret of granting such access rights.

I am sure understanding the whole situation you guys will try to understand the situation and may appreciate honesty and all protective actions we have taken to protect this community.
