Ji I am aware of this error.

This error come only if you add a very long title of your thread i.e., more than 140 characters otherwise it doesn't appear.

however despite this error thread get posted, if I have to fix this error I have to restrict length of thread title to only 140 characters.

Ager doBara Tread post butn pe click kerin tu bhi yahi kuch likha Ata hey.
Jabkeh Tread 1st click pe post ho choki hoti hay.
esi tarha mujh se same thread 4 time post ho choki hain.
