Yeh Andhair Nagri nahi hai :p you can edit your thread in first 10 or 15 mins, but we can't say a user to edit his thread whenever he/she likes in future. Why ?

Because you make a thread other users come and reply basedon your thread. Now if you edit it after 1 day or more, all the replies will become irrelevant.. right ? that is the logic behind not allowing edit after 10-15 mins. However if you think it needs to be more edit grace period. Do suggest what it should be appropriate in your view, and it will be considered.
