Okay with 19 votes at this stage and 0 votes against this restriction I am going ahead to implement this restriction.
Details of restrictions are as under:
Upto 7 lines of signature which means you can write text of upto 7 lines in your signature.
Upto font size 3 usage, which means you can use different font sizes but not more than font size 3.
Upto 300 pix of height of image and 750pix width.
I hope that is acceptable to everyone.
