Permanent Ban of Administration Team Member - dreamss3

Asalam o Alaikum,

Some times we hire people because we see potential in someone, sometimes people betray and destroy trust they receive, sometimes they take respect and honor given to them for granted. Same is the case here.

One of administration team member found guilty of using language not appropriate for family and fall far far below Urdu World's standard. Without any regret I am announcing a Permanent Ban of following member of UrduWorld Administration team.

Reasons for Permanent Ban: Use of Inappropriate Language. Examples of which given below.

By any standard this doesn't represent anything related to urdu world. I also apologize to everyone that we made a mistake by hiring such a person in Administration Team.

I also like to take this oppertunity to inform everyone that soon we will be opening a Complaint & Reporting Forum where you can post all such complaints without anyone knowing your ID. Or you can always contact Super Administrators (Basit, Creative Sign, Ankaboot or among females Eqan) to discuss or report anything you find on Urduworld which is violation of any defined rules or general values of this community.

hum aapse guzarish karenge ki aap kam se kam yeh post edit kar den aur woh post jahan yeh alfaz use kiye gaye hon use delete kar den.

yeh ek ghar hai ghar mein rahne walon se hi galti hoti hai tab ghar ke bade ka yeh farz hota hai ki woh galti par chhoton ko samjhaye aur baki logon ke samne uski galti ko zahir na hone de.

jab aap ghar ke us fard ki bat se mutmain na hon tab aap phir ghar ke baki bade members se is masle par guftugu karte hain.

aapne dreamss3 ke shuru se ab tak ke kirdar ko nahi dekha, aapne kabhi yeh gaur kiya hai ki ek normal user se kis taadad mein typing mistake hoti hai, aapse bhi typing mistake bahut si hui hongi, lekin kabhi aisa nahi hua hoga, jaise ki aapne kiya hai.

ghar ke bade hone ki wajah se aap par kuchh zyada hi zimmedari aati hai, aur ghar ko ghar banane ke liye zaroori hai sare member ko ek dusre par aitmad ho.

I am a human and like everyone else I do have tendency to make mistakes. I do agree, accept it, and there are examples when I not only taken wrong decisions I took but made public apologize and trust me I will not shy or hesitate for a single second if I am proven wrong for a decision taken.

Let me tell you something about myself, by profession I am an analyst, I am doing this kind of work for last 20 years, my job is to listen to people and learn from their talk what they actually meant, what they actually want and based on that define a solution, in past 10 years I implemented 6 Local Government systems.

On other hand I am running communities as my hobby since 1995 that is well over 15 years ? out of which I spent 7 years on HG alone. I have seen many things, many people and learned a lot, in these years I made several mistakes, I accepted most of them if not all of them.

However in this case I have 100% conviction that it wasn't a typing error. I didn't just read this one line I posted here, I read what was said before that, and what was said after that as well. And trust me if am bit straight person I can post whole chat script here, but it will start a new argument, I sent the chat script to two Forum administrators and one Site Administrator. Site Administrator of same view as mine so does I get a written confirmation from one of Forum Administrator which is as under:

"[I]it was rightly taken decision based on you understanding, certainly we can't risk it. agreed!"

So three out of four who read the chat are of same opinion which is reflected in this decision.

Now problem here I am facing is your reply is forcing me to open up the whole thing in public, on other hand I censored even word from my original thread.

Question is what you want ?

1. Discuss it and have an argument with me ? on this decision ? I am open and I dont mind really, as long as I have time and stamina to do it.

2. Do you want me to change this ban decision ? Okay for a min if I do it what will happen ? will things be same again? Trust me it wont be same again. never! Unless I say I AM SORRY I MADE A TOTALLY UNTRUE JUDGMENT, which I believe is not the case.

Honestly speaking, I think replying this thread again and again by you is in itself a mistake, if you want to discuss or sort out this you should have contacted me via PM or Y! or some other private way not in Official news & Update section, which is open and read by everyone.

changing the ban decision is totally different thing & I dnt have to do anything with it, it s totally your decision, if there is any misunderstanding then the gap between two persons will always increase, even after sort out the issue, in most the cases.

I agree with you, it will not same again, unless you say, you are sorry & you made a mistake & I am sure, this will never happen.

Only one thing I would like to clear because that is not true. you said:

I disagree with use of word never, I will admit my mistake and say sorry LOUD & Clear when I make a mistake.

Rest we can discuss in PM,you cleared your point for members to decide I leave my actions for Allah swt to be better judge.

Because of few replies above from aryan, I felt my own credibility come on stake, so instead of me making any further discussion or argument on this. I did two things.

1. Chatted with dreamss3 in person on Yahoo!
2. Shared her chat script with all Forum Administrators & Super Administrators to review whole case and make a final decision.

Now instead of me making any decision Forum Administrators give their verdict and Super Administrator i.e., Creative Sign and / or Ankaboot will make a decision based on information available and administrators panel recommendations.

Till then this thread and topic is closed for any further discussions.
