How to display Flash?

I want to know how can we display Flash file (*.swf) on Urdu World?

There are lots of Flash Cards available on UrduArt.com

Similarly if I want to create some Flash animation, How would I display that here in my thread/post?

BTW, Youtube videos are based on Flash player, so I'm expecting that we can also post our own Flash content.
