Size of AvatOr!

Whenever I uplOad ny img as avatOr, it's size is tOo much smaLL as cOmpared its rEal img wid respect tO da visiblity.......

Is there any optiOn tO incrEase sOme size uptO just a little extent cOz I have seen that mOstly the avatOrs of other members r in a quite apprOpriate sizE......

Please guide me!

i've change your avatar... but the max-size rights that i have is 100x100.. so i'm attaching 150x150 size here aswell, if you're not satisfied with 100x100, then an admin can change it to 150x150.
