how to post threads in Urdu Poetry section??

whenever i try to post in tht section, i get a message: "you are not allowed to...."

you'll need to verify your account if you want to post threads in any section except helpline.. check in the SPAM or JUNK of your email. maybe it was mistakenly filtered.

well, ive been checking my email since yesterday. i even checked the spam folder, but no email yet. when should i expect the email to arrive? how long does it take? im really excited to post poetry on this forum.
