mujh ko mehsos huwee kiyoon aaj ye tunhai hee
bebasi hee ye meri ya alam -e-paspai hee
jab bhi ghunchoon ke chatakhnee ki sada pai hee
janee besakhta kiyoon yad teri aaee heee!!
jessaa suntee the kabhi wesaa zamana aa hi giya
roog sastee hoo gayee, mehngi dawai heee
khatam ho hi gaya isihq meen ruswayon ka baab
aab zarurat nahi hameen kisee tamashai ki!!
zindagi apni tu ik roog bani jati heee
baat samjhi na kisee ne iss sudai ki!!!
haal-e- gham kis ko sunaeen koi ja kar akhir
yaan tu har koi lagtaa tamashai heee!!!!
na teri zulf ka sayaa hee na daman ki hawaa
loog kehtee heen ke gulshan meen bahar aee hee
aab tunhaa hee tu chad ki suraat farid
yoon tu kehnee ko zamana tera shedai hee
