But khane se dil ke teri tasveer hata kar
dekha hai kai baar charaghon ko bujha kar

aai jan-e-jahan phir se tere dar pe khara hoon
mujh se na gila kar meri qismat se gila kar

ham ne to bohot tujh ko bhulane ki saee ki
ab tu bhi karam kar de hamain yaad na aa ker

tujh ko to tera aks bhi pehchaan na paaye
dunya se alag ho ke kabhi khud se mila kar

ye dard ka mausam bhi Saraab aisa ajab hai
laut ata hai har roz nai zakhm sajaa kar
