ek din jab main tum se rooth jaaoon
aur rooth kar dooor
baahot ,door chali jaaooon
mere hamdam,mere saathi
gham na karna,
apni aankhon ke aaine mein
meri tasveer ko dekha karna
raaton ki taarikiyan jab
badhne lage,
aur badh kar tumhe dasne lage
mere hamdam, mere saathi
gham na karna,
meri baahon ke ghere mein
chain ki neend tum so jana
ghame zindagi ki dhoop jab
raahon ko teri mushkil karden
ahsaas ki thakan dil ko tere
bad dil karden
mere hamdam, mere saathi
gham na karna
merei chahaton ke aanchal tale
raahaton ko tum paana

aur sada yunhi muskurana,
ke jab main door se tum ko dekhu
meri palkon mein ek nami hogi,
is nami se mera chehra khil uthe ga
mera wajood, meri rooh ki takmeel hogi.
