janey kiyaa kiyaa poch rahen hain ye jaane pahachane log

jaise tumhein hamne chahaa thaa kaun bhala yoon chahe gaa
maana aur bahut aayeinge tum se piyar jatane log

kaise dukhon ke mausam aaye kaisi aag lagi yaaro
ab saharaon se laate hain phehlon ke nazarane log

kal maatam beqimat hogaa aaj inkii tauqir karo
dekho Khoon-e-jigar se kiyaa kiyaa likhate hain afasane log

janate hain ye ishq musalasal rog hai aah-o-zaari ka
phir bhi uske koochey main jaate hain umer gavane log

tere piyar mainn rusava hokar jaaye kahaan divane log
jane kiya kiya pooch rahein hain ye jane pahachane log
