Chalo ye raat ham ik dosray ke naam kartay hain,
Chalo ik dosray ke aj ham dukh dard suntay hain,
Bhataktay ho kiun tum tanha sitaron ke jhamelon men,
kaho jo dil men aata hay hamatan gosh sunte hain,
Buhat ghamgen rehtay ho hazaron dard sehtay ho,
tumhari dharkanon men ik ajab sa shor suntay hain,
Chalo acha yon kartay hain,
Suno tum ham sunatay hain,
Ham apnay dil k har ik zakhm se parda uthatay hain,
Dikhatay hain tumhen tanhiyan kia zulm dhati hain,
Jhalak har pal daro dewar men uski dikhati hain,
Hamen har pal satati hain har ik lamha rulati hain,
Hamri sanson men tehlil hay khushbo wohi ab tak,
Hamen har phol se mehkar un sanson ki ati hay,
Buhat mushkil si hoti ja rahi hay zindagi mere,
Taraptay hain sulagtay hain magar khamosh rehtay hain,
Chalo ye rat ham ik dosray ke naam kartay hain,
Chalo ik dosray ki aj ham tanhaiyan banten~
