INGREDIENTS: 250 gm cooked corn 1/4 cup each,onion and chopped parsley 200 gm cherry tomatoes halved 1/4 cup sour cream 3 tbsp mayonnaise 2 cloves garlic 1 tbsp vinegar 1/4 tsp dry mustard METHOD:  Stir a spoonful of yogurt into ordinary cream and allow to set overnight to get sour cream.mash the garlic with salt to paste.mix mayonnaise,vinegar, mustard into sour cream and add garlic.place the corn,onion,parsley, beetroot onto a bowl and refrigerate.mix in the dressing at the time of serving
