Spicy Broast Recipe  Ingredients : chicken large pieces 12 green chillies 20 ginger large piece 1 garlic10 slices corn flour 2 cups egg 1 oil 1 tsp wheat flour half cup salt to taste water for mixing Method 1-First grind well ginger garlic and green chillies and mix well in chicken then boil chicken in little water until the water come dry . 2-Mix egg, salt, oil, water in corn flour and make paste , dip chicken in this paste and deep fry in oil till the chicken become golden brown . Serve with sauce
