| ajj ki recipe :-p Aalu karele ki bhujiya Ajza: Aalu 1 pao Piyaz 1 pao Karele 1/2 kg Sabz dhaniya 1 gathi Timatar 1 pao Sabz mirch 10 adad safaid zeera 2 tsp namak-o-laal mirch hasb-e-zaiqa khushk dhaniya 1 tsp haldi 1/2 tsp oil 1 cup Tarkeeb : karele bareek kaat kar karwahat khatam kerne k liye namak laga kar 2 ghante k liye rakh dain fir achi tarah dho lain cooking oi karahi main daal kar karele is main halke fry kar lain fir baqi oil main aalu bareek chokor kaat ker daal dain aur sath aik tsp namak aur safaid zeera daal dain halki aanch per aalu gala lain is tarah k aalu halke brown se ho jaien fir karahi main aalu nikaal ker is main bareek kaati hoi piyaz aur timatar daal kar is main saaray masalhe daal dain aur piyaz halki si paka kar is main karele , aalu , dhaniya , aur sabz mirch daal ker mix karain aur halki anch per panch mint k liye dam per rakh dain . mazedar aalu karele karele ki bhujiya tayyar hai garma garam tanoori naan k sath tanawal farmain .
