Ingredients:
16 black tea bags
12 cups boiling water
1 cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves
6 11 1/2 to 12-ounce can apricot nectar
2 teaspoons vanilla
Ice cubes
Fresh apricot wedges (optional)
Fresh mint sprigs (optional)
Instructions:
1. Combine tea bags, boiling water, and the 1 cup mint leaves in a very large heatproof pitcher, and then let steep for 5 minutes.
2. Remove and discard tea bags and mint, and then cover tea and let stand for 1 hour.
3. Stir in apricot nectar and vanilla, and then cover and chill for 4 to 48 hours.
4. To serve, fill tall glasses with ice c
