Aaj main aapko bataungi about Pasta:

1.What is Pasta?
Pasta are Italian kind of Noodles in different colors and shapes.4000 Years ago sab se pehle China mein Pasta banni.
Kuch saal baad Arabic Sultan ne pehli baar Pasta khai,tau uss ke hukam pe Pasta with Mince Sauce waghera k saath banne lagi.

2.Noodles ka color kahan se aata hai?
Inka Color Tomatoes,Peperoni,Sp inach aur Ink Fish yani Octopus k color se banta hai.

3.Have Noodles effect on you?
Yes.They make u happy.Jau Egg Noodles hotay hain woh khush karteyn hain.

4.Keya noodle khaney se insaan mota hota hai?
Bohot log yeh kehteay hai Germany mein bhi.Lehkin yeh baat ghalat hai.Kiyun k Noodles mein billkul bhi fat nahi hoti hai.It just depends k aap konsa Sauce k saath khaenge: Tomatoesauce has lower fat than Cheese Sauce.

5.Jau log/bachay Sport kartey hain,unke liye Noodles bohot faidemand hotay hai.Unmein Carbohydrates hotayn hai woh Body mein ENERGY laata hai.

6.Jinnko Diabetes hai, unke liye bhi acha hai.

7.Noodles ko agar aap band karke khushak jagga mein rakheyn tau 2-3 Saal tak theek rehte hain.
