Mere susraali Afghani hain jin se maine bohat se Afghani khaane sikhen hain aaj pehli baar aap se ye Recipe share kar rahin hun umeed hai aap ko pasand aye gi Chawal 1 kg koi sa bhi Gosht 1 kg kishmish 500 g Gajar 500 g barik tilun ki tarhan kati hui onion 1kg barik kati oil Salt Kala zeera 1 tbs,darchini 1 tbs,bary ilaichi 5 piece beej nikal leyn aur sab ko barik pees leyn oil garam kar ke Onion ko bohat dark Brown kar leyn jitna ziada hoga Brown utna hi acha hai. Aur Gosht dal kar achi tarhan bhun leyn salt dal deyn aur Afghany Masala jo peesa tha dal deyn aur thora sa bachalen. Gosht ko gala len chawal kamaskam 1 Hour bhegor kar rakhen aur is doran gajar daleyn 1 tbs Sugar dal kar Brown nahi karna bas naram karna hai aur nikal kar Kishmish dal dyen aur tall kar nikal den aur Bariyani ki tarhan tehen laga den masala dal kar sab se upper Gajar aur Kishmish dal den aur aag tez kar den jab chawalun ki aawaz ane lage tab damm den bohat laziz Kabuli Palao taiyar khas mukun par ye Log Badam Piste bhi dalten hai dumm karte waqt.
