Fruit Chaat Ingredients Although any preferred fruits can be used.This chaat is ideally made with the following fruits. The following quaintity is for serving 4 people. 1 banana 1 apple 1 pear 2 guavas 1 peach 1 tangerine or orange Handful of grapes 1 pomegranate(optional ) 3-4 tbs sugar pinch of salt 1 tsp ground cumin(zeera) 1/4 tsp ground black pepper few drops of lemon juice or orange juice Cut up all the fruit and put in a bowl.Add the sugar,cumin,lemon/orange juice,salt,zeera and black pepper. Mix well. Any type of fruit that is available in the season can be used. And add fresh cream.         |
