Ingredients White Meat Minced( chicken fillet ) 1Tblsp olive oil Green chillies & garlic Salt & lemon pepper A dash of lemon juice Chopped parsely 2 Slices of bread soaked in very little milk 1 Red & yellow pepper processed and water squeezed out. Method Mix all together, form into small balls and flatten slightly. Place a small piece of cheese( square ) and form to resemble a mini log. Dip in eggs, then breadcrumbs, thill and crushed vermicelli. Deep fry in hot oil. Serve with red chutney.         |
