| Dhanak bahoot acha question kia hai main bi coffee milk kay saath peeti hoon or i heard kay achi nai hoti but i wanted to now bit more about it u kno in more details.

| w/salam....as such no idea ...but doesn't matter.. ![]() abhi main nay thora searching ki hay related to as the health n dieting point of view...lets read... According to health Canada, instant coffee has 135 mg. per 8 oz. and brewed has 179 mg. per 8 oz. The maximum should be no more than 400-450 mg. per day. If you exceed that amount, then you're flushing out many important vitamins and nutrients from your system (including calcium and B vitamins)--so be sure to supplement with a healthy diet, vitamins and plenty of weight bearing exercise, to protect your bones from osteoporosis. If you're having trouble sleeping, calculate how much caffeine you're ingesting during the day (not only through coffee, but also through tea, colas, chocolate and even some medications, such as 222's and cough remedies). Coffee not only works as a natural diuretic but also an appetite stimulant, so if you're trying to lose weight, cut back on anything with caffeine in it (ie. diet colas, coffee, tea). Otherwise, you will have a constant sensation of hunger, which may lead to binge eating. hope so this answer will give some in4mation related to ur Q.... ![]()

| Aslam-o-Alekom Coffee has a long history of being blamed for many ill; from the humorous, "It will stunt your growth" to the not-so-humorous claim that it causes heart disease and cancer. But some recent research indicates that coffee may not be so bad after all. So which is it ; good or bad for your health? The best answer may be: It doesn't seem to hurt and it may help. To get an idea of where the confusion comes from, consider two recent studies. A study of 128,000 men and women showed no increase in the risk of heart disease from drinking filtered coffee. The findings of the study; which published in May 2006 in the journal "Circulation" ; indicated that it didn't matter how much coffee participants drank.......!!
