Har din ek saib khaney se insaan ke liye aisa hota hai jaise Sport kiya ho.Jissko Cholesterin ki Problems hon,woh khaye aur jissko Kabz ki shakayat ho.
2.Jitni ziada dhoop Saib ko lagay untna hi acha.Kiyun k dhoop Saib ko Vitamin C deti hai.
3.Jab aap Apple khayen,tau usska chilka bhi saat khayen kiyun k agar insaan apple ko chilke k saath khaye ussko kabhi bhi Cancer & Heart Problems nahi hongi.
4.Apples are Beauty!
Agar aap Saib ko chilkey usska Paste banake apne Face Skin mein lagaye tau phir Rincels nahi partyn.
5.Apple khanye se Banda mota nahi hota.
6.Ek Apple mein 100 grams Gooda & 86 grams Water hota hai.Isslie jau Saib khaye woh saat saat pani bhi pita hai.
