Chocolate Burfi..... | | Chocolate Burfi Ingredients : 1 kilo grams khoya ½ kilo grams sugar powder 5 grams cardamom powder 2 table spoon chocolate powder 50 gram cashew nuts and almonds Method : Mix khoya and sugar powder. Pour it into a pan and fry on low flame. Keep on stirring. When the mixture leaves sides of the pan, add cardamom and chocolate powder and cook for a few minutes. Remove from flame and spread evenly on a greased tray and garnish with pieces of cashew nuts. When it cools, cut it into square pieces and serve. |
