2 khanay k chamchay lehsan/ adrak ka paste, haldi 1/4 chaey ka chamcha, peesa dhania 1 khanay ka chamcha, lal peesi mirch 1/4 chaey ka chamcha, sab ko 4 khanay k chamchay jitna paani mein paste bana ker bhon len..chab chunky hoany lagay masala, tu os men timater medium size k barik kaat ker un ko bhi bhunen..jab paani khusk hunay lagay tu chicken qeema dal ker bhon len, paani bilkul naa dalen.. chicken ka paaani khud niklay ga... jab bhun jaey or ghee nazer aanay lagay tu ...opper hara dhania daal ker nush ferma len..or shshhter ko dua men yaad raken..
