^^^ Spicy Macaronis ^^^ | | 1- Macaronis (boiled) ..........1 packet
2- Cabbage .................... 250gms
3- Capsicum ...................2 50gms
4- Spring onion ...............250gm s
5- Carrots (chopped) .......250gms
6- Potatoes (chopped)......2-3
7- Chicken (boneless) ......300gms
8- Salt .................... ........to taste
9- Red chili powder ..........2tbsps or to taste
10- Black pepper .............2tbsps or to taste
11- Soya sauce ...............4tbsp s
12- Chili sauce ................1tbs p
13- White vinegar ............2tbsps
14- Tomato ketchup ........2tbsps
15- Chinese salt ..............1tbsp
16- White pepper .............1tbsp
17- Waster shyer sauce ....1tbsp
18- Oil .................... ........½ cup.
Method:
1-Take oil in a pan and heat it up to fry chicken for minimum 5minutes.
2-Put all the vegetables in pan 1 by 1 and fry well for 10 minutes.
3-Add all the spices in it and cook it until all the vegetables get tenderized. When water gets dry then add boiled macaronis in it and mix well.
4-Further cook it for 5–15 minutes on slow flame.
5-Spicy macaronis are ready to serve.  |
