Chicken Reciepies.. | | Chicken spaghetti Ingredients 2 cups chicken (cooked and diced) 1 1/2 cups spaghetti 3 cups chicken stock 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup flour 2 onions (chopped) 1 cup carrots (boiled and diced) 1 cup peas (boiled) 2 capsicums (cubed and seeded) 1 cup tomato puree 2 tbsp grated cheese 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper powder Method Boil and drain the spaghetti. Heat half of the butter and add onions, capsicums, carrots and peas. Add the diced chicken, tomato puree and cook for a few minutes. In another pan heat the remaining butter and fry the flour and slowly add the stock. Add salt, pepper and cook till the sauce is thick. Mix sauce in the chicken and vegetable mixture. Add boiled spa-ghetti and mix thoroughly. Garnish with grated cheese. Serve hot. Chicken almond deluxe Ingredients 1 chicken (boneless and cubed) 2 tomatoes (cubes) 2 cups macaroni (boiled) 12 almonds (crushed) 2 tbsp flour 1 tbsp chilli sauce 1 tbsp Soya sauce 1 tsp Ajinomoto 1/2 tsp black pepper powder 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 2 eggs (separated) 2 capsicums (cubes) 2 1/2 tbsp butter 2 cups chicken stock 1 1/2 tsp salt 2 potatoes (for French fries) 1/2 cup cheddar cheese Method Boil chicken with salt. Fry capsicum in butter. Cook tomatoes till tender. Fry flour and add egg yolks and all spices with the boiled macaroni and chicken stock. Cook till thick. Pour the mixture in a greased dish. Beat egg whites and spread over the mixture. Garnish with French fries and cheese and bake until golden brown. Serve hot with tomato ketchup. Chicken with chilli and mustard seeds Ingredients 1 large potato (cubed) 1 tsp mustard seeds 1 onion (sliced) 5 tbsp olive oil 3 garlic cloves (sliced) 2 tsp paprika 1 cup chicken (boneless cubes) 1 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper powder 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (grated) Method Heat oil in a deep pan. Add the mustard seeds and cook for a minute or two on low flame. Then add potato cubes and onions. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Add garlic and paprika. Add chicken cubes with water, salt and pepper. Cover the pan and cook until chicken is done. Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Stir fried chilli chicken with spaghetti Ingredients 2 cups noodles (boiled) 1 onion (sliced) 1/2 tsp ginger paste 1/2 tsp chilli powder 1 tsp paprika 1 1/2 tbsp Soya sauce 3 tbsp olive oil 3 cloves garlic (chopped) 1 cup chicken (cubes) 2 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped) 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper powder 1/2 cup tomato puree Method Heat oil in a pan and add onion, ginger/garlic paste and chicken cubes. Stir-fry until chicken is tender. Add salt, black pepper, Soya sauce, chilli powder, paprika and tomato puree. Stir and cook for two to three minutes. In the serving dish put the noodles and pour the chicken on top. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
