THE SEVEN CAUTION.

(Excerpted from Futuwat namah by Khwaja Husayn Wa’iz Kashifi Sabzawari An Naqshbandi Translated by M. Nur Abdussalam)

If asked: What are the seven cautions? Say:

1. Not to express dissatisfaction with the food even it is badly cooked.
2. Not to eat until you have enquired about the source of the food.
3. Not to eat alone, for the Prophet said: [The worst of men is he who eats by himself.]
4. To share the contents of one’s bowl with the others, for grace lies in company.
5. Not to eat the food of pride; that is, the food prepared by someone for fame and renown.
6. To abstain from the food of mourning, for perhaps and orphan or an absent heir has the right to it.
7. To content oneself with one kind of food (among those offered).

Imam 'Ali Ibn al‑Husain (Radi Allah Anhu) used to say:

Every Mu'min, whose eyes shed tears upon the killing of Husain Ibn 'Ali (Radi Allah Anhu) and his companions, such that the tears roll down his cheeks, Allah(Azawajal) shall accommodate him in the elevated rooms of Paradise.

Imam Sadiq (Radi Allah Anhu) said:

There is none who recites poetry about Husain (Radi Allah Anhu) and weeps and makes others weep by means of it, except that Allah makes Paradise incumbent upon him and forgives his sins.

Imam Redha (Radi Allah Anhu) said (to one of his companions):

If you desire that for you be the reward equivalent to that of those martyred along with Husain (Radi Allah Anhu), then whenever you remember him say: ' Oh! Would that I had been with them! A great achievement would I have achieved'.

The Holy Prophet (Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam) said:

O' Fatimah! Every eye shall be weeping on the Day of Judgment except the eye which has shed tears over the tragedy of Husain (Radi Allah Anhu) for surely, that eye shall be laughing and shall be given the glad tidings of the bounties and comforts of Paradise.

The Shortest Distance between a Problem and it's Solution is the Distance between your Knees and the Floor. The one who Kneels to Allah (Ta'ala) can Stand Up to Anything.

Verily, Allah does not look towards your bodies nor towards your appearances.
But, he looks towards your hearts. (Muslim)
