Windows Media Player 11 Beta

New version (thus far beta) WMP. I will say immediately that this time you await 4 references, therefore, probably, this is actual WMP11, but not some fignya in 700 KB by weight. In the new version - new interface, the improved support of portable ustryostv, the improved search, library, ignoring DRM protection (bravo, MS!) and so forth.

what are the systems requirements?
does it require Genuine windows Validation?
does it work on win2k?

If it's from Bill Gates then I have to say it probably would require validation.

I say wait for the Final version to be released so that the geeks can have a real go at it. Beta versions are not worth messing around with as they keep on fixing bugs and updating things.
