Jis per hum mer mitey qayatmat tha

Jhush jamaloon main dhoom thee apni
Naam usska bhi waja-e-shuhraat tha

Paas-e-awargee hamein bhi buhat
Uss ko nhi atraaf-e-wehshut tha

Hum bhi takraar keyna they khoo ger
Wo bhi na ashnaye hujaat tha

Khywab tabeer ban ker aye atey they
Kiya ajab mausam-e-rafaqt tha

Ore phir yuun huwa keh toot gayea
Wo jo aik rishta muhabbat tha
