Salam ... pehley jo posted hai round frame/border tut wahan pe aap ke mind mein jitney questions bhi aaye unhen le ker I felt like to make that easy for you ... Color/Styles/Patterns .. aap apni marzi ke kuch bhi rakh saktey hein ..
me ne point ker diya jo me ne use kiaa .. chalye Steps Follow keejye .. ab bhi koi question ho to feel free to ask ... good luck .. take a deep look .. Step by Step follow keejye ...

1: Open new layer:
W: 500
H: 500
Resolution: 72
Background: Transparent
Color: RGB

2: Choose Eliptical Marquee Tool from Tool Box

3: Make A Round ... like this image:

4: Go to "Select" >Modify >Border:

5: "Select" > Modify>Border> Setting: I chose "40" (u can choose any) click OK

6: kuch yun dikhey gaa ji ab aap ko :

7: ab jo tool hamen use kerna hai >> Paint Bucket

8: Now we have to choose any Style/Color/Pattern/gradient ... (ur choice)

I chose this one: Result1

9: Result 2 (I chose a pattern here)

n to make the border prominent .. I made another layer .. with black kolor background!

koi question ho to zaroor poochye .. jo klasses aaj kal chal rahi hain ... by Eqan, n Manahil .. un ke through aap tools ko achi terah se jaan len ge .. so keep visiting there .. do your homework .. u ll be master in Photoshop...

really so nice of you, now it has become much easier for me, i have got it and tried to do it both the way you have taught, only one thing still remains there, and that's to add a background to it. may be when i practice more with it, get the way out, but this time i couldn't do it. secondly, how did you add the effect to its edges?

jo effect edges mein diye hein .. wo later on u ll learn in the lectures inshaAllah .. nice try

koi sa background open ker ke us mein isi terah ki selection ker ke cutting ker len .. to aap kisi bhi image ka round border bana sakti hain

ye bhi inshaAllah tuts main sikha diya jaye ga .. intizaar keejye
