hamesha uski aankhon mein dhanak se rang hote thay
ye uski aam halat thi , ye dil kuch aur samjha tha

woh meray pass betha dair tak ghzlain meri sunta
use khud se muhabbat thi ,ye dil kuch aur samjha tha

meray kanday pe sar rakh k kahin pe kho gai thi woh
ye uski waqti anayat thi ,ye dil kuch aur samjha tha

mujhe woh dekh k aksar nigahain phair leti thi
ye dr-parda haqarat thi ,ye dil kuch aur samjh tha
