Zubaa'n ko kuch na kehne do, ke sab jazbey
zubaa'n ke waa darechoo'n key agar muhtaaj hotey to
Sabhi ankhee'n basarat kho chuki hotee'n
Yaha'n sab surkh hontoo'n ki yeh muskanee'n
Kahin Weraan qabroo'n mein kabhi ki soo chuki hotee'n
Yeh lafz apne maaini kho chukey hotey
hazaroo'n asdahey gham key
diloo'n key damiyaani rahguzar par raasta rokey kharey
Miltey
Diloo'n ki ki khoobsorat jheel ki teh mein
Kai pathar parey miltey
ke jab khamosh sur mein Chandani kuch gungunati hai
To is ki taal pe sagar ki lehree'n raqs karti hain
Tum apne man ke angan mein
Muchalti gungunaati chandani ke phool khilney do
Jo bateen dil ki bateen hain
Unhen tum DIL MEIN REHNEY DO
