Usse dekhnay k bahanay banana
Bahane bana ker unhain phir nibhana

Wo dill ka dharakna

Wo apni kitabon se ji ka churana
Wo tasveer teri wo mera sirhana
Wo khabon main us se mulaqat kerna
Wo her dam her simt ussi ko pana
Mian bhooli kahan hoon
Tera hichkichana

Wo masoom chehre pay qurban hona
Usse taktay rehna wo heran hona
Ussi justuju main pareshan hona
Wo thak haar ker phir pasheman hona
Main bhooli kahan hoon
Tera muskarana

Wo chup chup sa rehna
Wo khinch khinch k rehna
Wo bar bar kerna wo anjan banna
Qayason ki dori se wo jaali bunna
Main bhooli kahan hoon
