Dukh ki leher ne chera ho ga,
yaad ne kankar phenka ho ga,
Aaj to mera dil kehta hai,
Tu is waqt akela ho ga,
Mere choomey hoye hathon se,
Ooron ko khat likhta ho ga,
Bheeg chalien ab rat ki palken,
Tu ab thak kar soya ho ga,
Aangan main ab chiryan bolien,
Tu ab so kar utha ho ga,
Yaadon ki jalti shabnam se,
Phool sa mukhra dhoya ho ga,
Moti jesi shakal bana kar,
Aaeine ko takta ho ga,
Neeli dhundhli khamoshi main,
Taaroon ki dhun sunta ho ga,
Mera sathi sham ka tara,
Tujh se aankh milata ho ga,
Shaam ke chalte hath ne tujh ko,
Mera salam to bheja ho ga,
Pyase aawara bhanwron ne,
Mera dukh to sunaya ho ga,
Main to aj bohot roya hon,
Tu bhi shayad roya ho ga,
Sathi tera meet purana,
Tujh ko yaad to aata ho ga.................. ..........
