Apas mai kia baat karte Raat, diya or main

Sair-e-chaman pehle Adat thi pehle Ab majboori
Teri talash mai chal parte hain Bad-e-saba or main

Jisko dekho teri hawa mai pagal phirta hai
Warna hum mushrib tu nahi the khalq-e-Khuda or main

Aik tu wo mera Humraz mera hai,phir tera maddah
bas tera hi zikar kia karte ziya or main

Aik zamane bad FARAZ ye shair kahe maine
Aik muddat se mile nahi yar mera or mai.............
