Rehe na apni khabbar to samjho ghazal hoi.

Udas bistar ki salvatian jab tumhin chubain.
Na so sako raat bhar to samjho ghazal hoi.

Idher pukare tarap ke un ko junoon mera.
Ho jae un ko khabbar to samjho ghazal hoi.

Wo badguman hon to sher sojhe na shairi.
Wo mehrban hoon zafar to samjho ghazal hoi.
