pehele jaaN phir jaan-e-jaaN,phir jaan-e-jaanaa ho gaye...

din-b-din badhati gaee unki raanaaiyaaN,
pehele gul,phir gulbadan,phir gulbadaanaa ho gaye...

aap to nazdik se nazdiktar aate gaye,
pehele dil,phir dilrubaa,phir dilke mehmaaN ho gaye...

pyar jub hadd se badhaa sare taklluff mit gaye,
aapse phir tum huye,phir tu ka unwa ho gaye...
