Raastey apne liye thay, hum mager apne na thay dooriyaan kuch bhi nahi thin,hum hi paas aate na thay sab thay sooraj ki dehakti aankh se dehshat zadah werna dil main piyar k kia kia kanwal khilte na thay dheemi nazren dastaanon ko janam deti rahin piyaas ki shiddat thi itni khushk lab hilte na thay chaandni thi,rait thi,thandi hawa ka lams tha sochta hoon dil k derwaaze hi kiun khulte na thay aankh main rangat na thi aur phool main khushboo na thi dhoop ne in aath din kia kia sitam dhaaye na thay jism k auraaq pehle bhi jale thay baarha her qadam yun shehar main lekin kabhi bikhre na thay dekh ker terz e tapaak ehl e duniya chand roz Shaam sahib apne ander doob k ubhre na thay
