hum ko chalna hay magar waqt ki raftaar k saath

gham lagay rahtay hain har aan khushi k peechay
dushmani dhoop ki hay saya e deewar k saath

kis tarha apni muhabbat ki main takmeel karoon
gham hasti bhi tau shamil gham e yaar k saath

lafz chunta hoon tau mafhoom badal jata hay
ik na ik khof bhi hay jurat e izhaar k saath

bukhsh daay mujhko bhi aizaz e masiha o mansoor
mainay bhi piyar kia hay rasn o daar k saath

dusmani mujhsay kiay jaa magar apna ban kar
jaan lay lay mari sayad magar piyar k saath

do ghari aao mil aain kisi ghalib say kateel
hazrat e zoq tau wabasta hain darbaar k saath ............
