pyaas wo dil ki bujhaane kabhii aayaa bhii nahin...
kaisaa baadal hai jiskaa koi saayaa bhii nahin ...

beruKhii is se barii aur bhalaa kyaa hogii....
aik muddat se hamein us ne sataayaa bhii nahin..

roz aataa hai dar-e-dil pe vo dastak dene...
aaj tak hamne jise paas bulaayaa bhii nahin ...

sun liyaa kaise Khudaa jaane zamaane bhar ne...
vo fasaanaa jo kabhii hamne sunaayaa bhii nahin ...

tum to shaayar ho 'Qateel' aur vo ik aam saa shaKhs...
us ne chaahaa bhii tujhe aur jataayaa bhii nahin...
