Jab chand sitare chamak rahe hon,
Jab yadon k phool mehek rahe hon,
Jab deed ko nain taras rahe hon,
jab ankhon se ansu baras rahe hon,

Meri pagal mohabbat tumhein yaad aye gi

Jab tanhai se dil ghabrae ga,
Jub tumhein akela pan sataye ga,
Jab koi khuab he na aye ga,
Jab phool kitab mein he reh jayenge,

Meri pagal mohabbat tumhein yaad aye gi..

Mujh ko tum apna bananay ki ijazat day do,
Tum meri zindagi ka ek haseen lamha ho,
Pholon say khud ko sajanay ki ijazat day do,
Mein kitna chahta hon kis tarah bataon tumhein,
Mujhey yeh batanay ki ijazat day do,
Tumhari raat si zulfon mein chand sa chahra,
Yeh jaan tum phir lutanay ki ijazat day do,
Nahin shoq Aqeel ko bhool ka magar,
Mujhey yeh duniya bhool janay ki ijazat day do..
