Itni muddat bad mile ho,kin sochoon mein guum phirte ho
itne khaaef kion rehte ho, har aahat say darr jate ho

tez hawa nay poocha mujh say, rait pay kiya likhti rehti ho
kaash koi hum say yeh bhi poochay, raat bhar tak kion jagti ho

Kaisay kahoon main akaili hun tujh bin aay dost meray
saaya ban kar sath meray, har pal tum to rehtay ho.

Main dariyaa say darrti hun, tum dariyaa say bhi gehray ho
koun se baat hai tum mein aisi, itnay achay kion lagtay ho.

Meray jazboon say kabhi, kabhi meray khiyalon say ulajhtay ho
kehnay ko rehtay ho dil mein, phir bhi kitney doore rehtay ho.

Dharrakta hai dil mera bas abb teray hi naam par
JAAN MERI! tum meray dil mein dharrkan ban kar rehtay ho.

Hum say na poocho hijar kay qissay, apni kaho tum kaisay ho
tum ziddi bahot ho, jaisay ho, phir bhi achay lagtay ho.
