hum bhee khizaan ki shaam ka aangan hain be-chiragh
belein hain jiski zard woh daalan tum bhee ho

hum bhee hain eik ujdey huye shehar ki misaal
aankhein bata rahi hain ke veeran tum bhee ho

mil jayein hum to kaisa suhaana safar katey
ghayal hain hum sokhta saaman tum bhee ho
