mere qalam pe zamaaney ki gard aisi thi
k apne baare main kuch bhi na likh saka yaaron

tamam shehar hi jiski talash main gumm tha
main us k gher ka pata kis se poochta yaaron

wo be khayal musaafir main raasta yaaron
kahan tha bass main mere usko rokna yaaron
