Ham Khafaa kab the manaane kii zaroorat kiyaa hai

Aap ke dam se to duniyaa kaa bharam hai qaayam
Aap jab hain to thikaane kii zaroorat kiyaa hai

Teraa koochaa, teraa daar, terii galii kaafii hai
Bethikaano ko thikaane kii zaroorat kiyaa hai

Dil se milane kii tamannaa hee nahin jab dil main
Haath se haath milaane kii zaroorat kiyaa hai

Rang aankhon ke liye khushboo hai damaagon ke liye
Phool ko haath lagaane kii zaroorat kiyaa hai
