  • Ashq aankhon se nikalna bewajah hota nahin,
    Aah nikli hai to dil mein dard bhi hoga kahin.

    Tere dil mein koi rehta hai to ye hoga zaroor,
    Teri aankhon mein uska aks bhi hoga kahin.

    Usko mujh par jane kyo etbaar aata nahin,
    Ek din meri mohabbat ka use hoga yaqeen.

    Raat andheri agar ho shamma ek jalao to,
    Kya visat hai andhere ki kahin hoga nahin.

    Haath mein tere agar ye haath ho to hamnshin,
    Umar bhar humko koi gham kabhi hoga nahin.
