bharkain meri piyas ko akser teri aankhain
sehra mera chehra hai,samander teri aankhain

phir koon bhala inhain dad-e-tabasum dey ga
rowain gi buhat mujh say bicharr ker teri aankahin

khali jo hui shaam-e-gariban ki hataili
kia kia na lutati rahi guhar tei aankhain

bojhal nazar aati hain bazahir mujhay laikin
khilti hain buhat dil main uter key tumhari aankahin

aab tak meri yadoon say mitaye nahi mit ta
bhegi hui aik sham ka manzer,teri aankahin

mumkin ho to aik taza ghazal aur bhi keh looun
phir aurhh na lain khuwab ki chader teri aankhain

main sunk sift aik hi rastay main khara hoon
shaid mujhay dekhain palat ker teri aankhain

yun dekhtay rehna usay acha nahi muhsin
woh kanch ka paiker to pather teri aankhain
