Phelye sa haal pehlye si wehshat nehi rehi shayad k tere hijar ki aadat nehi rehi SHEHROON mein aik shehar mere RAAT jaghoon ka shehar kochye toh kia Diloon mein bhi wousaat nehi rehi LOGOON mein mere Log woh dil darioon k log Bhichrye toh duor duor tak saqafat nehi rehi SHAMOON mein aik shaam woh awargi ki shaam Ab neye darichoon ki zaruraat nehi rehi RATOON mein aik raat mere ghar ki chand raat Anghan ko CHANDANi ki zaruraat nehi rehi RAHOON main aik rah woh ghar lotnye ki rah therain kisi gagha woh tabiyaat nehi rehi YAADOON mein aik yaad koi dil shikaan si yaad woh yaad ab kahaan k fursaat nehi rehi NAAMOON ein aik naam Sawal-e-aashna ka naam Dil pe eysi koi ebaraat nehi rehi BAATOON mein aik baat Teri Chahtoon ki Baat aur ab yeh etafaaq k chahaat nehi rehi YAAROON mein aik yaar woh aayarioon ka yaar milna nehi raha toh shikayaat nehi rehi ZAKHMOON mein aik zakham matay-e-unhi k zakham ab koi arzoo-e-Juraat nehi rehi SANNATAA boolta hae sadah maat laga SEHAR Awaz reh gaii hae samaaat nehi rehi
